Step 1

Ask your self these questions.

Do you feel a sense of meaning in your life? And does that sense of meaning come from something - heathy? Something truly good? something lasting?

Is the way you cope with setbacks healthy? Does your response allow you to grow? Or are you treating symptoms?

Do you cultivate resilience? Are you getting stronger? What's stopping you?

What keeps you at arms length from God? What do you do that brings me closer to the creator?

What causes you to doubt good? What are you doing to connect ot good things?

What is stopping you from being healthy? What is stopping you from growing spiritually?

Do you know what happens when you die? Where does your confidence, or fear of, eternity come from?

How do you treat others? Are you generous? Are you kind?

Are you gullible?

Who or what do you listen to? Is this good for you? Are you listening to anything that is slowly destroying you?

Consider writing your responses down. Explore what comes you mind. Listen to your inner voices when you read these questions.

Step 2 coming soon . . .

Look at the birds. They don’t plant or harvest or store food in barns, for your heavenly Father feeds them. And aren’t you far more valuable to him than they are? Can all your worries add a single moment to your life?
